The original pool was in disrepair and limited by a partial walkout basement. We lowered the new pool elevation to create a full walkout and allow direct access to the indoor bathroom. This change required carefully planned staircases, all set on concrete footings to prevent shifting. A pavilion was added for shade and weather protection over the seating area.

Larger, naturally smooth, and rounded stones that add a decorative focal point to landscapes and are useful for erosion control.

LARGE GRANITE CHIPS
Carefully sized pieces of granite rock used to enhance outdoor spaces by creating pathways, driveways, and garden accents. They come in a range of colors ... grey, black, white, pink, and red, with some having a polished, lustrous quality.

NATURAL MULCH
Untreated shredded hardwood or bark mulch with a light brown/tan hue from the wood itself. It fades to gray over time while naturally enriching soil as it decomposes. Ideal for organic gardens.

BROWN MULCH
Dyed wood mulch with iron oxide pigments for a rich, consistent earthy brown color. Provides a natural look, good color retention, weed suppression, and moisture retention. Suits traditional landscapes.

BLACK MULCH
Wood mulch dyed deep black with carbon-based pigments. Offers bold contrast, heat absorption for soil warming, and longest color hold. Great for modern designs, but be careful with placement it can overheat plants in hot sun.

The original walkway led into the middle of the driveway, far from parked cars. We cut an opening in the existing concrete wall and applied a Unilock Ucara veneer. This system let us both face the old wall and build new retaining walls, creating a cleaner, more functional path with integrated lighting.

We designed a two-level outdoor kitchen with counter height on one side and bar height on the other. Carved Concrete provided a durable, cost-effective alternative to natural stone. The grill was placed on a direct path from the kitchen door, while the bar seating keeps guests clear of the cooking area.
